Cousins...photo shoot

Elliott and Cousin Brynn.

Brynn (age 6mo) & Elliott (age 6)

Annual Ginger Bread house making.

Every year we go to Grandma Gayle and make a gingerbread house. Elliott always looks forward to this every year. I am sure you can look back at years past and see previous houses.

Pretty sure Elliott was eating more candy then putting on the house.

Finished House. Looks like Candy Land House.

Dear Santa.........

We had heard that Santa was in town and decided to see if we could meet him. We took Elliott to the Rutledge house in Chippewa. Santa was there along with Mrs. Claus
Elliott is pictured here in front of the Building with his letter to Santa in Hand.

Here is his letter and it reads "Dear Santa, I have been a good boy this year. I would like a shark boat for Christmas and an armor T-Rex. Thank you, Love Elliott

Santa was reading Elliott's letter

Elliott sitting with Santa..... some might think no big deal, but I have to tell you all that this is the first time Ever that Elliott has sat on Santa's lap. He has never really wanted to get too close to him. So we were very proud of him. Maybe he will let us take him to see him again next year.

Decorating the Christmas Tree

I would have to say its one of our smallest trees we have had... but what do you expect w/ two big dogs and their tails! Here are some pictures of Elliott decorating the tree and then some funny pictures that he couldn't resist.

Hanging the Star

What a sight!

When you think of Winter or Christmas, you think of beautiful fluffy snow. Well we got a change to get a glimpse of a perfectly fallen snow fall. Here are some pictures from the day Dec. 2nd/3rd. Most of them taken down at the Chippewa Damn.

And who could resist playing in the new snow! It was great.

1st ever Christmas Parade

Chippewa Falls always has a winter/Christmas Parade the beginning of December and this year we were able to go along with Grandma Gayle and Grandpa Dave! As you can see from the picture it was snowing really hard. It was a really pretty snow and the temp. was quite mild. We were defiantly soaked by the end of the Parade, but it was worth it. Santa was on the very last float and Elliott got to waive to him.

Good times

We went to the Fuji Steak house for the first time with our good friends the Candell's. This was by far one of the most fun places we have been to eat as a family and what better to share it with than good Friends. I didn't get a whole picture of the group, but here was Elliott in his Fuji Hat. He had a great time and learned how to use chopsticks! We will defiantly go back.

Thanksgiving

We ate and then we ate again...... family photo from the day!
We are so very grateful for our Health, Good Friends and Family! We couldn't be more thankful.

photo taken on Chippewa River

Who could resist a funny picture
