Halloween Night 2009

Halloween night was fun. We went around a couple blocks and completely filled up my whole pumpkin. We did make some stops earlier that day to our Grandma's house's and saw all my favorite aunties and uncles. I of course had to dress up, because I secretly love Dressing up for Halloween... Here are some pictures from the night below.

Carving pumpkins

This year was the first year that Elliott really was able to carve the pumpkin. He cut out all the shapes. The funny thing was Brent was digging out all the seeds and Told Elliott to help him. I meanwhile was videotaping this and Elliott did not like the seeds He started to cry and shake his hand because it was messy and he was mad... it was hilarious that he didn't like the pumpkin, even though he had did this in years past... oh well.

Elliott's Fall Program

Friday before Halloween, his class put on a Fall Program made up of a few songs... all the parents could come and watch and it was about a 20 minute program. There was 9 kids there and they were all able to dress up for the day. Elliott decided to be a fireman this year and he wore his costume to school. That same day a real fireman came to school to talk with the kids. Elliott thought that was pretty cool.
As far as singing goes, Elliott is not much of a singer and he did not do too much singing. He told me after the fact that he thinks singing is silly. So.....he did not sing. Oh well there was about 4 others that did not sign either... mostly just the girls sang.
