Hope you are all enjoying February....I have been doing so many different things, it has been hard to keep everyone up to speed.

Earlier this month, I enjoyed my first time ever Ice Fishing Trip... It was great, because it was pretty warm out. We had a great big crew that went with us. We started out slow, but then ended up with a decent meal of fish. My job was to clear the ice out of the holes with a strainer, also make sure the fish we had caught did not flop back into the hole. My dad caught a 24"northern and my mom caught a 22" Northern. Grandpa Steve caught a big mouth Bass and the remainder were pan fish. I had a great time and will have to do this again.

Later that week I was able to go over to Grandma Debs and Grandpa Steve's house and eat dinner and Bake Valentine Cookies. It was a ton of fun... they were the best cookies ever. We frosted them; Red,Pink and White.

On Thursday night Feb. 12th, I was able to help celebrate the Birth of Grant William. Brad and Sarah welcomed their second son. CONGRATULATIONS!! I was really excited to go and see him and I even asked if I could hold him.

Over Valentines weekend, my family and I took a trip to Wisconsin Dells. It was a mini getaway to do something different for a change. We went shopping a the outlets, swam in the pool a ton and ate at different places. My favorite place to eat with the Cracker Barrel (which I recommend) There was lots to do that and they had all my favorite food, and after that they had a gift shop with all sorts of things in it. I got go my first ever gigantic lollipop sucker.. It is bigger then my head. I am still not even finished with it.

Till next time...Lots of Love, Elliott
