Snow Day 2013

The Schools were closed this day. It was not due to excessive snow, rather lots of freezing rain that turned into snow. I stayed home with Elliott for the day. It was very warm out.. so we spent most the afternoon outside. We built a large snowman name Alvin!

Mall of America/Birthday weekend....

We took a weekend trip in January to the Mall of America and stayed over in a hotel. Its nice to get away during the winter for some fun. It was also my Birthday weekend. We spent the day at the Mall of America and visited the Underwater World. Then we Visited Lego Land! Elliott also went on his first roller coaster ride, called the Log Chute..He was a little scared, but thought it was fun.

That night we checked into the hotel and went out to eat at Buca Di Beppos'. This is one my favorites. Overall a great weekend....
